Hi, I’m Rach — certified Low Tox Lifestyle coach, wellness guide, and the founder of Bare Beings. My journey started 10 years ago when I began questioning what was really going into my body, my home and my mind. Since then, I’ve been deep in the world of low-tox living- researching, studying, experimenting, and constantly learning. From whole food nutrition to low-tox products, from plastic free alternatives to stepping gently back into nature. I believe in staying curious, keeping an open mind and always coming back to what feels aligned for you.
What started as a personal shift became a passionate calling and now i’m here to share what works, what doesn’t and how to make it all feel lighter and less overwhelming.
