Each focus area is explored through a 4-week program consisting of one 60-minute online video coaching session per week, supported by tailored PowerPoint presentations and educational resources relevant to your chosen focus area. Ongoing support, check-ins and guidance are also provided throughout your journey to help you feel supported every step of the way.

    Additional personalised support options may also be available throughout your coaching journey, including guided in-person shopping support for clients located within selected areas.

  • Focus areas are the specific areas of low-tox living we choose to explore together throughout your coaching journey. Rather than trying to change everything at once, each focus area allows us to take a more intentional, supportive and personalised approach based on your goals, lifestyle and current needs.

  • Bare Beings offers flexible payment options to help make your low-tox journey feel supportive and accessible. Each focus area is explored through a 4-week coaching program priced at $320, with the option to either pay in full or select a weekly payment arrangement of $80 per week via direct debit from your nominated account. By selecting the weekly payment option, you are committing to the full 4-week coaching program investment.
